ProQuest Maintenance Window

ProQuest will be performing infrastructure maintenance on February 4, 2012. A twelve (12) hour maintenance window will be required for this maintenance. The window will take place from Saturday, February 4, 2012, at 22:00 ET to Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 10:00 ET. During this time, online resources provided through ProQuest, including African American Heritage, Ancestry Library Edition, and HeritageQuest Online, will be unavailable.

NextReads Server Maintenance Outage

The NextReads service will be unavailable this weekend to allow for server maintenance. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific start time for this work. It could be as early as Friday evening or during the day on Saturday. The exact length of the outage is unknown, but will likely span several hours or more. During this time, patrons will be unable to access NextReads.

ProQuest Maintenance Window

ProQuest will be performing infrastructure maintenance this weekend. A 12-hour maintenance window will be required for this from Saturday, December 3, 2011, at 10:00 p.m. to Sunday, December 4, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
Products on the new ProQuest platform (e.g., Research Library, ABI/INFORM Complete) will be unavailable during these times.

Regularly scheduled maintenance, including a database consistency check, occurs every Sunday evening from about 10 p.m. until Monday morning around 10 a.m. No Telecirc automated telephone renewal and notification services will be available during this time. The web-based catalog will be available for searching during some of this time; however online renewals, patron-saved "My Lists", placing holds, and other services requiring login and authentication against the patron database will not be available during these times.
